JATO Distribution Pty Ltd is an Australian private company registered in Queensland with ABN 11 693 063 393.

DATA RETENTION

JATO Distribution retains personal information only for so long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected, including the provision of products and services, account administration, customer support, website operation, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal rights and obligations, and compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, taxation, accounting and record-keeping requirements. JATO Distribution may require you to verify your identity before actioning your request.
